Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-4 days to process your order. This is a one man show to provide products to the DMC community and not a sole means of employment, meaning I try my best but still have a normal job to put dinner on the table. Most orders ship in 24hrs Expect an email within 1-4 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Chapel Hill NC
Orders can be picked up in Chapel Hill NC or at an event if Prearranged. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. You'll be given my personal # to contact if pickup is selected.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to most countries that have commercial service

  
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There is NO guarantee or coverage on anything shipped outside of the continental US. If your country is not supported by the automated estimator, contact us and I'll be happy to work with you!

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LS DeLorean Store (Sica LLC) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
